Therapeutic Approach
I value creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, which I believe is supported through my warm, honest, and kind approach. I use a range of evidence based therapeutic models which I customize for each client. I primarily use person - centered approaches, schema therapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy. These models of therapy help people to openly address their internal experiences, while also bringing about desired changes to their lives in a supported and safe setting.
